Sefton Group restructures debt in bid for 'robust financial platform'

The Sefton Group has announced it has reorganised the company's debt.

The Best Western Palace Hotel and Casino site has been refinanced and the ten year renewal of the casino licence is seen as beneficial for the Island's economy.

At its annual general meeting last week the group also announced an increase in profitability in 2015:

According to the group chairman Clive Parrish the reduction in the overall bank debt by £625,000 means repayments can increase to £1 million a year from 2017:
