Santander International has teamed up with Noa Bakehouse to open a 'Work Café' in Douglas.
The development is planned for Old Market Hall, where Noa will continue to run its café, adding a grab and go menu.
Meeting rooms, co-working areas and banking facilities will be also be developed in the building.
Work on the Market Hall is expected to start early next year, with the Santander Work Café opening mid 2023.
