The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture says it's hosting a food safety workshop for hospitality businesses in September.
The course, at the Knockaloe Classroom in Patrick, will teach food hygiene skills along with training and record-keeping advice.
The Safer Food, Better Business workshop will take place on Monday, September 15 from 6pm.
