Reward creative talent says marketing boss

The Isle of Man should be working harder to retain talented young people.

That's the opinion of Ashgrove Marketing - last week the company recognised creative talent on the Island.

The 2016 Creative Awards aim to give aspiring creatives a platform in areas including design and branding, photography and multimedia.

Ashgrove says as one of the leading companies in the industry it believes it has a responsibility to provide residents with opportunities.
