When is a lawyer not a lawyer? When they're working for a fictional Island law firm.
The Financial Services Authority says it's investigated a company called Hauert & Zofia Law Firm, which claimed to be based here on the Island.
However, there's no such company - although the FSA says the address used on its website is that of an unconnected legal firm.
The authority says the website is an attempt to con people, and is advising the public not to have anything to do with it.
