Some staff at Islands Energy Group could be facing redundancy.
In a statement released earlier this week, it's been confirmed the company will be 'consulting' with employees both on Island and Guernsey as it reviews 'organisational structure.'
It said the changes have resulted in eight roles 'no longer aligining with its new structure'.
Therefore, a number of colleagues are being placed 'at risk' of redundancy.
CEO Jo Cox said 'There is no one single reason for our restructure, rather it is part of our strategy to develop and evolve the business into a shape that is fit-for-purpose both now and in the future.'
