The agency will donate £100 to a mental health charity for every property sold between now and the end of March.
'Property Wise' has announced the initiative - with £100 donated to 'Isle Listen' for every property listed and sold over £200,000 between now and 31st March 2022.
The charity says Property Wise’s support comes at a time when residential prices on Island have been rapidly increasing during the pandemic.
It also coincides with the increase in demand for Isle Listen’s mental health support and services, as the lives of children and young people have been disrupted.
In recent surveys, the number of children aged six to 16 with probable mental health disorders had increased from one in nine in 2017 to one in six in both 2020 and 2021.
