A project is underway looking at showcasing the individual identity of each town and village on Island.
Business Isle of Man - an executive agency of the Department for Enterprise - along with Visit Isle of Man and local commissioners are working together to promote the qualities of different communities.
Head of Business IOM, Adrian Moore, says the aim is to encourage greater movement from residents and increase the visibility of different parts of the Isle of Man to visitors.
The initiative began with a meeting in Port Erin last week, with further events taking place in Laxey tonight and in Ramsey on September 2 with more to be announced in due course.
