An arcade and restaurant in the south of the Island could be in line for work, if new plans are approved.
Phillip Joynes of Colby has applied for permission to carry out improvements at the Beachcomber on Shore Road in Port Erin.
He wants to install an emergency exit leading out onto the promenade.
In his application, he says the new door would be between the entrances to the café and snooker room.
