Manx-headquartered egaming firm Playtech has bought a technology and clearing brokerage in a deal worth up to £96 million.
This morning the company announced it would buy 70 per cent of Consolidated Financial Holdings for £34.3 million, with an option to buy the rest of the company by 2018.
The UK's Financial Conduct Authority has approved the deal, which has been price-capped at $120 million.
Playtech is based in St Geroge's Court in Douglas and specialises in gaming software including online bingo and poker.
