Plans have been submitted for a new campus facility in Douglas.
The mixed-use development would be situated off Victoria Road, and would contain an office building, restaurant, café, collaborative working areas and 66 associated staff accommodation units.
The application has been submitted by the Excel Group and HofmanDujardin, on behalf of Jade Tree Limited, with the development set to become the new headquarters for King Gaming Limited.
According to the application, the project would create more than 300 new jobs, and showcase the Island as a home for international business.
