A planning application has been submitted to split a unit at Balthane Industrial Estate into a warehouse and commercial outlet.
It's currently occupied by single tenant.
If approved, the converted building in Ballasalla would include a reception, kitchen, toilets and dedicated parking.
No other changes would be made to the premises, other than new signage which would need a seperate planning application.
