Peel Charity Shop has donated £72,000 to charities over the last six months.
Sailing for the Disabled received £4,000 at a coffee morning at Peel Golf Club, and says it's grateful for the shop's continued support.
A number of other charities, including Manx Mencap and Cruse Bereavement, also benefitted.
Sailing for the Disabled added that it's currently working on updating its website, which will also give it something new to help celebrate its 40th anniversary next year.
