The parent company of Old Mutual International is now listed with the London and Johannesburg stock exchanges.
Old Mutual Wealth Group has already changed its name to Quilter as it follows its mission to be a leading independent wealth management business.
The company currently has around 500 employees working at their headquarters in Onchan.
A spokesperson for the business says their commitment to the Island remains strong and they're proud to be one of the largest private sector employers.
