Paragon Recruitment merges with HR company

A Douglas recruitment firm says it's completed a management buyout and merged with a HR company.

Paragon Recruitment, based on Hill Street in Douglas, has named its new board as Lucie Dolman, Dean Helm and Sharlotte Bird.

As part of the buyout, the company will merge with InterlinkHR owned by Sharlotte.

The company says the buyout and merger will maintain the standards, service and accountability that define the company.
