Telecoms firm Opti-Fi has been awarded a key licence to support internet connectivity across the Island.
The company - based in Douglas - has confirmed it's been granted an ISP Licence by the Isle of Man Communications Commission.
Following the update, the company says it's identified numerous areas across the Isle of Man which need better connectivity, some of which are down to poor broadband speeds or 4G signal.
It adds it's aiming to provide a high quality broadband service and quick installation lead-time for its customers.
