OFT issues advice for Citywing passengers

Passengers who've been left out of pocket by the collapse of Citywing are being urged to contact their bank.

The Office of Fair Trading says people who paid on a debit or credit card should contact their card provider as soon as possible.

Citywing announced it was going into liquidation on Friday - the company told people a liquidator would advise people 'in due course' on how to get refunds:
