New teleport will help boost broadcast industry

Building a state-of-the-art teleport on the Isle of Man will help to develop the broadcast media industry.

That's according to SES Satellite Leasing and the Department of Economic Development - the satellite operator is expected to have it in operation next year.

The teleport will have several 'earth stations' on the Island - Richard Arning is the vice president of business development:
