Two new industrial units in the south of the Island will help improve the overall estate, according to a new planning application.
Balthane Storage has applied for permission to put up the new buildings on Balthane Road near a power substation.
The company says the development will stimulate local employment and investment.
But it adds the buildings will also be designed to improve the overall look of the estate.
