The Island's meat plant has a new manager.
Phil Parsons has taken over the top job at the Tromode-based operation, which is operated by the Isle of Man Meat Company.
The plant produces beef, pork and lamb for the Island as well as for export.
Company chairman Tim Baker MHK says Mr Parsons will bring a professional, modern approach to the business.
