Manx Telecom will become the lead sponsor for a brand new football club on Island.
The firm is becoming the primary sponsor for FC Isle of Man which became officially affiliated with the Isle of Man Football Association at the beginning of the month.
Initially, branding for Manx Telecom will appear on the club’s home kit.
Manx Telecom’s IT infrastructure and managed services subsidiary Synapse 360, which operates on the Island and across the UK, will appear on the away shirts.
Meanwhile, members of the club are currently getting the chance to vote on the design of the club's inaugural MT-sponsored home shirt.
Speaking about the announcement, FC IOM's Commercial Director, Ty Smith, says: "For an internationally recognised telecoms company to share the vision and give its support to the club as our inaugural sponsor is a huge testament to all involved.
"For that company to be the Isle of Man’s national telecoms provider, and such a significant component of the business sector on the Isle of Man, makes it all the more special."
