Three senior politicians will face the business community this month to give an insight into a five-year government plan for the island.
The blueprint, which sets out government's priorities for the next five years, is said to "focus on the things that matter".
Alf Cannan, David Ashford and Dr Alex Allinson will speak at the Chamber of Commerce event at the Comis Hotel on the 28 January.
A Chamber spokesman said they're looking forward to a lively debate about building "a secure, vibrant and sustainable future for the island".
The draft Island Plan is due to be considered by Tynwald on 18 January.
