How is serious fraud investigated on the Isle of Man?
That was the question on the lips of Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper in Tynwald yesterday - he wanted to know who was responsible for initiating and conducting investigations:
Home Affairs Minister Bill Malarkey said police deal with all matters except those which relate to taxation, revenue and budgets - they fall to Treasury instead.
He told the MHK that if he had any concerns he could raise them with the Chief Constable:
