Part of the capital's main shopping street could be getting a facelift, with a new planning application.
Gold Properties of Seacliff Road in Onchan has applied for permission to demolish buildings on Marina Road which house Faze 2 and Best Kebabs.
In their place, the firm would build new shops with five apartments above them.
In its application, Gold Properties describes the current building as tired and in need of replacing.
