Manx Telecom is upgrading the equipment in roadside cabinets and exchanges, which provide copper broadband services to customers across the Island.
Work starts on Monday April 4 for six weeks, and will mean a loss of service for 30 minutes for broadband users served by each cabinet, and may require some routers to be rebooted.
Next week customers in areas of Douglas will be affected.
For minimum disruption, work will take place between midnight and 8am, with more information and details at manxtelecom.com/cabinets
