A Manx-owned haulier - one of the most recognisable in Britain - has been valued at more than £572 million after floating on the Alternative Investments Market this week.
Eddie Stobart is owned by Greenwhitestar UK, itself 51 per cent controlled by Manx-based investment manager DBAY.
It made a return to the market on Tuesday after Eddie Stobart was taken private in 2014.
In the UK, the Stobart brand has cult status, including its own fan club.
