Local food and drink producers are being offered training in an effort to boost their exports.
The training is hoped to help small companies achieve the SALSA certification - a UK body which audits suppliers to ensure their products conform to the safety and legal requirements many stores demand.
The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture is supporting the venture and hopes it will help food and drink businesses increase their exports to the UK.
