The CEO of Isle of Man Energy has apologised to customers following 'teething problems' with the company's new billing system.
Jo Cox has written an open letter to personally apologise for any 'confusion or worry' that the issues may have caused.
Some people have either not received a bill, had direct debits taken from accounts without getting corresponding invoices, or not receiving invoices for some considerable time.
Jo states that 'urgent steps' are being taken to rectify problems and extra staff have been provided to answer calls and work through any queries.
