A Manx-domiciled healthcare fund now owns the ninth largest care group in the UK after two of its companies merged.
The Montreux Healthcare Fund owns a majority stake in the Regard Partnership, which has merged with the ACH Group.
ACH operates 25 residential services in England, while the Regard Partnership provides care for people with learning disabilities, brain injuries, and mental health issues.
The Montreux Healthcare Fund is managed by Apex Fund Services, based in Athol Street in Douglas.
