Local travel agent wins fifth national award

A local travel agency has won a top UK award for the fifth year in a row.

Regency Travel won the Travel2 and Gold Medal 'Top Seller of the Year' accolade - beating off top UK companies in the process.

Owner Tony Laurence says the company is excited to have won its fifth national award - saying it's great to see local companies doing so well on the market.

He says the awards highlight the necessity of the high street travel agent despite recent suggestions it's becoming an irrelevant industry:
