A local gym is building one of the Island's largest solar arrays as it prepares to move into new premises.
Elite Fitness is moving from the Spring Valley Industrial Estate to the old Jack Frost building in Braddan.
As part of preparations, the building will have 3,000 square foot of roof space covered by solar panels, producing enough electricity to supply all of the new gym.
Chair of the Climate Change Transformation Board Daphne Caine says it's great to see locally owned businesses like Elite Fitness making significant direct investments in more sustainable energy.
