A local business is launching a new drink this Remembrance Day in honour of the only Manxman to receive the Victoria Cross.
Foraging Vintners has announced the release of 'Manx Apple Port Erin' (M.A.P) in memory of Major Robert Cain.
The fortified apple wine uses local ingredients to create a 'zesty, sweet and punchy' taste.
In a further tribute to Major Cain, the first bottles will be gifted to his living family.
