Lloyds Bank is going to move to Villiers House in Douglas.
The major commercial property has been empty for approximately the last four years.
Tevir Group confirmed the news yesterday - saying the bank will move into Villiers House on the corner of Victoria Street and Loch Promenade in early 2021.
The building was purchased by Tevir Group in October 2018.
