Inflation on Island jumped to 9.2% last month.
That's an increase from May's figure of 8.1%.
According to the Consumer Prices Index report the rise is in large part due to significant increase in food prices, adding to previous rises in energy and travel costs.
Transport remains the largest contributor to the rate of inflation, followed by Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels.
