An Isle of Man developer will undertake a housing project in the UK valued at £400 million.
Dandara will be delivering 995 private rental sector homes in Manchester, 744 in Leeds and 323 in Birmingham.
The project is expected to generate up to 1,500 construction jobs across the three cities - it's being supported by the Homes and Communities Agency and HSBC.
