Isle of Man Bank and NatWest say problems with their online banking systems have now been rectified.
Customers on the Island, and further afield, faced problems yesterday after issues with the technology which also included the mobile Apps.
A spokesperson for the banks says everything is now "running as normal" and delayed payments have been credited to customer accounts.
They say no customers will be left out of pocket as a result of the issue - and have asked anyone who needs further help to go to a branch or contact the call centres.
