Senior figures at Isle of Man Meats have been giving students insight into the local farming and food sectors.
The organisation recently gave a presentation to Year 11 and 13 Agriculture students at Ramsey Grammar School and visitors were also given a tour of the school's farm which students help to maintain.
Visit organiser and Subject Leader for Rural, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences at the school, Marion Arthur, says they 'take every opportunity to engage with local farmers and businesses'.
She adds it gives those learning the craft an insight into the industry and in particular the Manx farming community.
