The spiralling cost of fuel is driving up the cost of living on the Isle of Man.
That's according to the latest figures from the Manx government.
The Consumer price index jumped 1.9% from August to September.
It now stands at 5%,- that's higher than in the UK where it currently stands at 3.1%.
The latest figures show that the price of oil and other fuel has risen by about 46%.
Other reasons behind the increase include the rising cost of transport, housing and water.
