The Island's Treasury Minister says he's hoping for a shake-up in the Island's insolvency laws soon.
In the House of Keys this week he faced questions from Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse about any planned changes to the legislation.
Dr Allinson says parts of the Island's laws governing businesses which go under are out of date and currently being updated.
He added changes are being considered and should be published soon:
