The Island's Young Adult and Graduate Fair is taking place this week.
More than 50 employers will be at the Villa Marina in Douglas from 11am until 4pm this Wednesday, April 1.
There'll be representatives from a range of industries including healthcare, finance, and tech on hand to help with career advice.
The government says 52 young people were hired because they went to last year's event.
