A high street bank has launched a scheme to support and welcome members of the LGBT community in their workplaces.
HSBC say they have become the first bank on the Isle of Man and Channel Islands to kickstart the LGBT + 'Ally' Scheme.
The new idea will allow their employees to be trained - should they wish to - to ensure the workplace is inclusive of all sexual orientations.
It will also let employees who wish to speak about their personal experiences on the subject do so freely.
