If so, the IOM Chamber of Commerce wants to hear from you.
It comes as the Chamber says it's currently 'in dialogue' with the Treasury Minister about visa processing times.
According to the chamber, the current visa process is 'long and inconsistent, which is a 'significant deterrent' to people applying for jobs on Manx shores.
If you'd like to share your experiences, you're asked to get in touch with the Chamber before Friday, August 18.
