An established society on Island has announced the appointment of new leading figures for its executive committee.
Following its annual general meeting, the Manx Music Festival has chosen Anne Clarke as Chairman whilst headteacher at St Thomas' School, John Riley, will take up the post as vice-chairman.
Anne says they hope to 'build on the success of 2019' with new classes in 2020, whilst Mr Riley adds the aim is to 'keep moving forward by embracing new ideas while at the same time keeping alive the guild traditions'.
Next years Manx Music, Speech & Dance Festival is due to take place from April 25 to May 2.
