A new networking group for the Island's women leaders and entrepreneurs has been launched.
The Isle of Man Women's Collective is the product of Kat Whittaker of No 1 Accounts in Peel, and Kirstie Nickson of Sidekick PR.
It comes following an initial networking event held last year, which gained a lot of positive feedback.
