Government has committed to responding to all applicants who apply for Public Service jobs.
It comes as it's joined 'The Circle Back' initiative, which aims to improve the candidate experience by encouraging employers to respond to all applicants, even when unsuccessful.
It involves letting people know when their application has been received, and keeping candidates in the loop with updates.
Government says as an employer it's already been following these standards, ensuring the recruitment process is 'respectful, responsive and transparent.'
