A new government survey is asking for views on annual leave and rest breaks.
Business Isle of Man has launched an online questionnaire asking for views as the Department for Enterprise considers updating the law.
The survey is for employers, and the department says it wants to see what by employers offer if they don't have to legally provide a rest break.
