Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas says the government is looking at the way it advertises its contracts.
This week in the House of Keys he was quizzed about how tenders and procurement contracts are publicised.
Mr Thomas said the government doesn't have an official policy, but the Treasury is hoping to put one in place by July.
