The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture says it's seen high demand for a course teaching hygiene standards and regulations.
The sessions are free and are designed for restaurant owners, café managers, takeaway operators, and mobile food vendors.
They'll be held at Knockaloe in in Patrick in March, April and May - you can find out more here.
