A survey has been launched to measure the mood of businesses across the Island.
The government says it'll carry out the Isle of Man Business Environment and Conditions Survey twice a year.
It's looking for feedback from local employers on issues like business activity, staffing, investments and optimism.
The survey closes at midnight on Friday, December 12 - you can take part via this link.
