Another company is set to make the move into high-grade office development in the capital.
Tevir Group, which owns the 55 Athol Street facility, has announced online gaming firm Gamesys will be taking up residence at the location.
The Athol Street site underwent a significant transformation following Tevir Group’s acquisition of the property and incorporates a number of features to support wellbeing including a fully equipped gym, changing rooms with showers, secure bike park and breakout areas.
General Manager of the IOM Office for Gamesys Group, Ben Wood, says: "I’m very pleased to have reached agreement on this new lease and to be moving to 55 Athol Street.
"This will enable us to bring our Isle of Man operations together under one roof and to further expand the team to support our growing community of players."
